Course Description:
Participants will learn how to build relationships at the point of perceived need through bridge building, relationships, frontier crossing, neighborliness, dialogue, intra- and inter-cultural communication. Learners will establish a connection with the discipleship system being employed.

Faculty:

Rev. Joe Philbeck, pastor at Springhead United Methodist Church, with a membership of 15-30 attendance who practice the church without walls, introducing people to Jesus Christ where they are in the community.

Rev. Ken Johnson, pastor of Everglades Community United Methodist Church in Pembroke Pines, a rapidly growing area in South Florida. The church worships in a school, is multi-cultural, multi-lingual and growing.
